      Pros

      Nicest, friendliest co-workers in the television news business. Beautiful office in great downtown location. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Mid-level managers with no management experience. Top managers from China are disconnected and biased. Management attitude of keep your head down... do your job... you're lucky to be working here. Very little room for promotion. No recognition at all.

      Pros

      It brings you to places and gives you great opportunities. It opens your eyes and makes you think you have a great job.

      Cons

      For different people it's different. To make it simple, if you're a Chinese national, you will get something out of it but after a while well good luck. If you're non Chinese, congratulations I heard the pay is not bad.

      Some of the supervisors can't speak English well, which leads to miscommunications.
