      Interesting industry, great cadets to work with.

      Terrible management throughout, many have industry knowledge but no office or management skills. HR are tools of management and many decisions are against usual HR policies and make no sense. Employees are treated as expendable, and cadets are treated as numbers rather than paying customers.
