      Good vacation package, pension plan, lots of action

      Cons

      The arrival of new senior management on the Defense & Security side of the business has been disastrous. The organizational structure is a mess and full of redundancies. Very bad strategic decisions have been made which have yielded poor results, which are now being blamed on the employees themselves.
