Great PTO plan if you make sure you use it. Average benefits. 100% WFH options.

Cons

Low pay, promises of automatic raises to market midpoint that never actually happen, average benefits, executives are out of touch. One of the VPs flat out said that we never have to prioritize things at CAE because “we just do it all”. Completely out of touch with the boots on the ground who are drowning. Have your typical amount for DEI, affirmative action, etc junk.

Many opportunities to learn because there is very little formal training or information provided

Cons

You either do nothing exceptional and collect a paycheck every 40 to 80 hours or you don't meet randomly generated minimum expectations and get fired.
