friendly coworkers benefits work from home

Cons

micro managing too the extreme... not allowed to use washroom between scheduled breaks or you will get accused of stealing time, threatened to be fired.... the company promotes mental health yet does not care about you at all, you are just a tool to make them money, and if you don't your gone. no room for growth unless you kiss corporate a*s.

They have remote work available.

Cons

Constant micro managing, the calls come in nonstop, they question why you stepped away from your desk to use the washroom or grab a sip of water. They hire people through employment agencies for a 3 month contract and then let you go. No room to grow! Plus the pay is not good. They treat you like a number not a valued employee. Managers/team leads treat you poorly and have no empathy or regard for employees. They ignore your questions and concerns
