Work from home, coworkers are amazing, most members are great, the product is amazing

Cons

Management is biased, upper management is completely out of touch, they push for mental health wellness but the employees in the most stressful positions aren't given any support for their wellness, they will threaten to fire you on a regular basis

Remote, work from home. They help you grow and you can work at your own pace. Everyone I work with is incredibly kind and supportive.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say other than I wish salary was a bit higher considering inflation and cost of living at the moment.
