Pros

Work from home, great coworkers, good benefits

Cons

Sco and mb are same company, Manitoba staff do not get the same perks and pay raises as south central Ontario staff, of course the job is stressful but no support from management at all, demanding and forcing staff to work overtime (including adding on to schedules without discussion of staff) regularly changing schedules without staff agreeing to changes. Severely understaffed!!!! (wish I could make this in bold)

Pros

The ideals of CAA are amazing and if management wasn't so bad you could feel good about helping others. Fantastic product, membership is worth every penny. Working from home is amazing.

Cons

SCO and MB owned by the same people and Manitoba employees do not have the same benefits or pay. Management is abusive to staff, will give preferential treatment to those in their clique and will demand you work overtime but forget to send it to payroll. Dispatch managers will fabricate performance issues to other departments to keep employees from leaving their department.
