Pros

Better RSUs than CA and the stock price keeps going up Bonus program good for Senior+ Great if you don't like innovation and enjoy boring technology with easy renewals Withstands economic downturns because of size Somewhat tolerable if you have a good boss

Cons

No remote work they want you in the office daily even during the pandemic and try to scare you into taking unapproved, experimental medicine No raises AGAIN but new employees get great salaries and RSUs that will trump yours by triple or more. Cant imagine what the directors+ make compared to my crumbs. Salaries for acquired employees not in line with the market period! Only way to get more money is leaving Constant bean counting and spreadsheets tracking your every move wastes so much time. Execs rule by fear Promotions are capped so it's almost impossible unless you connected with the IBM boy's club

Pros

salary / bonus thats it very peculiar!

Cons

Don't sell your soul to this Leadership Team in the Sales Business. You will work over 100 hours a week and your managers will never be satisfied with you as the word empathy is not mentioned in the management books that they read in the evening. Working under heavy stress as the sword of Damocles is swinging constantly above your head. There are many burn out's in the team related to the job. Management never think long term and you will probably ruin your sales reputation in your local EMEA regional market within 6 months. Don't think you get treated good and fair by management as everybody literally feel revulsion towards their current job in that team with some exceptions but the majority just stay because of the salary or has no other choice. You will be also asked to do cash collecting, create contracts & legal wording, populate 4 excel sheets a week, everybody in the market partners / clients hates you as customer service does not exist! The word respect does not exist but the word trust is mentioned many times in all the meetings. Good luck in a one sided environment in the future that has no long term future.

Pros

The only positive is the RSUs but you’ve got to survive a toxic culture and the constant RIFs to benefit from them

Cons

Where do you start. The most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. Ruthless executive leadership. No empowerment. No resources. Terrible processes, systems and tools. Total disregard for employee wellbeing & mental health - forcing people into the offices during the Covid pandemic because they don’t trust people to work remotely. The opposite of customer centric.
