      - Internationally known & respected airline - Flight benefits - Strong training programs for young professionals (Commercial Induction Development Program in US; Graduate Scheme in UK)

      Cons

      - Reorganizations - Can be tough to use flight benefits (especially when not based in UK) and more limited use than other airlines - Coordinating business with joint venture alliance partners is a challenge - Seemingly low ceiling for career advancement
