Pros

If you are lucky enough to survive the travel can be great.

Cons

One of the worst managed call centers I have worked in. They care nothing for the employees which is a shame because they hire really smart and sweet people then they run them into the ground. If you have really tough skin you can survive.

Pros

Benefits including travel and the chance to interact with people all over the world.

Cons

Understaffed and no room for the personal touch with their employees. Was disappointed on how I was let go and finally understood why all the other employees complained so much about the company.
