If anything, the laid back environment.

Cons

This was honestly the worst job I have ever had. The management is terrible and VERY unprofessional. They give no opportunity for growth no matter how hard you work. It's a lot of work for very little pay. All in all this job/company is a joke. Steer clear.

Made some kids happy and the assistant director was nice along with just other teachers.

Cons

The location because the area wasn't great and the way it wasn't well funded at all. Also I am aware of other locations too but in the end it seems all Brightsides are terrible.
