Brightside Academy reviews

Everything. Over worked, work hours are way to long, I never get a lunch break, Lack of staff so everything is in chaos, Admin have to help out in classrooms, or in the kitchen. There is no support for FAs. Ever since new company took over they only want to enroll for more money, but have done major cut backs which leaves everyone else to pick up the slack on top of their job descriptions. Sometimes staff don't want to do their jobs since their over worked as well which is understandable.

Terrible company to work for. They give paid days off and take them away. They allow parents to be disrespectful to teachers. They ALWAYS mess up on checks. There's nothing bright about working for bright side the teachers do not have the resources to teach or care for children. Professional Development days are ALWAYS on the same thing. I would never recommend anyone to work for brightside. When you have a problem no one wants to help it's such a burden to work for this company. It's just a business to make money there's nothing that shows they're here for the children.
