Got my foot in the door of wireless sales so I can move on to a better company or corporate store

Cons

No overtime, bad commission, can't keep veteran reps here, bad charge backs, horrible training, distant bosses, no want to move up in company because managers don't last very long

Management was not great when I was there, the commission scale wasn't great either. I have heard there's been improvement

Pros

You get to sit around and do nothing a lot because that's the nature of the job. The majority of the work happens when people come into the store. There are lots of bonuses and rewards for goals met, etc. Employee discounts on store items and sprint phone bill.

Cons

I hate cleaning the store, but it has to be done at the end of every day.
