Loved my co workers Had a lot of fun in my store Commission was great when you hit numbers Great employee discounts Loved my manager

Cons

No value of employees Always said changes are coming yet nothing changed Minimum wage for a job that the competitors paid double to start Benefits not worth it Corp support out of state Doesn't care about employees who have been there a long time EXCUSES NOT TO PAY COMMISSION ALL THE TIME. Above my store manager there was never anyone to help

Great Management, and a very connected team from the executives down to the sales reps. You will not go unnoticed when you do well.

Cons

No Benefits packages, insurance is sub par from my experience, no 401k
