Pros

I really can't think of any.

Cons

-The company we sold for (Sprint) is a dying company. -You always work over an 8 hour shift. -Inconsistent break times -Company tells you that your commissions will be better than they are. -Company doesn't pay you commissions for the first two months, just hourly wage which is the minimum wage. -Company charges you back in full for a lost client, they don't take any of the responsibility for bad service after the sale. -Consistent contact on days off asking you to take shifts. -Really hard to ever take a vacation longer than two days.

Pros

Really relaxed work place when you're by yourself. If you manage to meet the goals they have you'll make decent commision.

Cons

The goals they have set for your "tiers" are almost impossible to reach. NO OVERTIME. Their "punishment" is to take 50% of your commission if goals not met. Rarley a promotion

Pros

Immediate co-workers were nice

Cons

Corporate shorted me on my full paycheck. Also the company covers their losses by taking money away from the employee, i.e. if a phone is stolen while an employee is working they charge the employee for the phone. On top of all this in the contract you sign they reserve the right to take away all commission if you leave before the end of the month(I do understand this is a pretty common practice but it means that they view employees as entirely expendable assets).
