      Pros

      Interesting cultural interchange, quite stability, quality products. Oportunities to grow in the Company If you win their trust you are given more and more responsibilities in time.

      Cons

      As you get hevier responsibilities you don't get more credit or compensation with it. The payment is bad compared to similar companies. The benefits have decreased in time for all but Managers *whispers* The ammount of pride in Chilean Managers is too dang high!

      Good salary package, lots of trainings and career growth opportunities if you are smart and commited to your work

      Cons

      Old settings locations, too japanese dependant, company is not looking for market technologies but rather prefer to chose niche tools without proper feasibility or maturity assessment.
