      Pros

      As part of the sales team, you will be constantly on your toes chasing the Depot monthly targets divided weekly. For a fresher it is a career defining experience. A candidate starts from the scratch and moves up gaining valuable and industry related experience

      Cons

      Work timings are not set. Also workload isn't divided properly due to which one person's responsibility and margin for error increases. Promotion is delayed due to presence of too many people on the top.

      The pay and benefits are good. Company Owned Operations, U.S. & Canada Commercial Tire Sales division, BATO, provide commercial customers with services, products, information and programs related to tire management through a network of approximately 310 stores and 39 retread plants throughout the United States and Canada.

      Cons
