Pros

The company is currently purging dead wood upper management that has been earning a large amount of the profits for years.

Cons

The restructuring that has failed in other companies is now taking place in BSRO. The money that they saving from forcing the current dead wood management into retirement they will be using to overpay new managers that have never worked in a shop or on cars thereby eliminating any rational thought of what is necessary to please a customer.

Pros

Making changes to their compensation package to be competitive. Invests in their employees through leadership training, tuition reimbursement, and mentor program. Products are a leader in the industry and very good quality.

Cons

Work-life balance is very out of proportion unwilling to replace people when they leave and expect work to be absorbed.

Pros

1. Good working environment. Colleagues are willing to help each other out. 2. Good healthcare benefits and employee perks. 3. Strong job security. 4. Opportunities to develop further within the company

Cons

1. Slow decision making process. 2. Japanese management culture is not something everyone can get use to. 3. Pay is average or slightly on the low-end. Bonuses are also low. 4. Japanese top managers are shuffled globally by HQ every 2 years, which means the company suffers from a lack of focus on mid to long term goals.
