      Pros

      Having a multinational corporation on your CV. Health insurance was useful to me when I was on leave due to stress and burnout

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Working weekends and evening on the simplest tasks. Very bureaucratic and hierarchical management system were the Japanese are Gods. No career or growth opportunities.
