1) Great working environment especially in the APAC office. 2) Great learning ground for fresh graduate. 3) Good benefits, eg. annual health check, dental benefits, travel benefits, etc.

Cons

1) Slow career progression. 2) Low starting pay and slow pay increment. 3) Could be quite political and bureaucratic.
