Pros

- Good place to start career, exposure to many different challenges - Ambience among lower level staff is good - Positive twist since couple of years as company aims to transform into a "great place to work" - Opportunity to drive a nice company car from low-management level

Cons

- Political environment - moving towards "performance driven" evaluations, however, still highly subjective ratings by management. - "A few apples ruining a whole lot", some incompetent managers are remaining for no obvious reason - Low pay (compared to overall corporate aspirations) - Uncertainty in organizational structure and constant changes.

Pros

Once trust is built, management will support employees, career development takes time, but is possible.

Cons

Too much work for too few people, the company loses millions for initiatives that dont lead to anything, but doesnt understand the reasons behind.
