if you do not have ambitions and just agree on whoever says, sit silently great place to be. Here it is better not to perform than perform and expect performance. Many people going for many coffee and cigarette breaks, so if you smoke, you will enjoy

Cons

If you do not blindly follow your manager ideas and do not make applause, you are in trouble. Salary low, motivation very low. They gave flex time, but then it is forbidden to use it. You will not hear than you, and if you challenge evaluation you will not hear feedback. HR will not help managers.. as well.. better to look for some other company who actually deliver what promises. Huge rotation of people - the one who said something are fired, the one who had enough left... stay the one who would not find anything else and sit silently making applause.
