      - Number one player in the word - Trainings - Opportunities to learn and be exposed to different business domains, ideal for junior profiles - More and more the HR policies give more flexibility to employees

      Cons

      - High employee turnover - Slow professional growth and low average salaries for non managerial positions - HR business partnership is very poor. Non existent career development support - Mainly top down decision making processes

      Good way to gain experience with a prestigious global company Possibilities to gain qualifications through courses Gain good knowledge on the automotive industry Working with a variety of departments and multinational colleagues Good discount on tyres

      Head freeze = too much work for too few people Not much time for proper training, training of new staff " on the go" Too many managers of managers Constant changes in the organisation Inequalities in the distribution of the workload Inequalities in the rewards of employees Definitive hierarchy culture Rare social interactions A very much "men orientated" culture
