      Very international company; Big brand; No.1 in tyre industry

      No work life balance; Very bad management team in sales & marketing; The Pirelli people have the control of the Japanese company in Europe, which is very bad. Seldom see Japanese in EMEA HQ; No respect to people; This is the company to avoid Very very high turnover

      - You can have an impact as there is lots and lots to be done - Truly diverse (culturally) and international feel

      Cons

      - Dual standards : all the rules apply unless you're a friend of management and/or you are in sales & marketing (e.g. number of VP's in S&M compared to other functions) - Weak leadership : no feedback and therefore no development, leaders shy difficult conversations - Tolerance for mediocrity (again, weak leadership)
