I believe the pay is fair and the team is pretty close nit. the environment is overall really good and we are always eating something. appears to also be room for growth at the company.

Cons

very long hour. no family work life balance at all. been working mandatory OT overall 2 months straight without any luck of it ending soon.

Sadly, women are still being view as sexual objects. If they refuse to have a group meal together with the expat, they are being view as uncooperative, not familiar with the culture. Worst case scenario, you are being branded as difficult or incompetence. Please think twice before joining.
