Pros
- You can have an impact as there is lots and lots to be done - Truly diverse (culturally) and international feel
Cons
- Dual standards : all the rules apply unless you're a friend of management and/or you are in sales & marketing (e.g. number of VP's in S&M compared to other functions) - Weak leadership : no feedback and therefore no development, leaders shy difficult conversations - Tolerance for mediocrity (again, weak leadership)
