      multiple shifts with fixed hours though mandatory overtime is required seasonally.

      Cons

      very demanding physical work, management is overbearing over productivity and company rules and policies, questionable job security- management is quick to terminate long standing employees, not much professional growth potential or mobility within the company!

      This company has good benefits and salary. It participates in many community activities, including The United Way, Relay for Life, and sponsors activities on the property with many kids organizations.

      Cons

      Once you get into management you don't have an advocate for problems that can occur. Nepotism is a big problem. Most positions are already filled before jobs are posted.
