      Pros

      benefits are good..opportunity for advancement, pay is good after you top-out in 5 years, however new hires will most likely work night shift for 10 years before you can get a day job

      Cons

      Bottom line is the $$$...Don't expect anything other than a paycheck. Plenty of overtime! No 401K match.While management bonuses skyrocketed, technician's bonus took a nose dive! Haven't had a GWI in .Hmm, I can't remember the last pay raise! I make less now than 10 years ago doing the same job.

      They are only closed on a few of the major holidays. Working Sunday's.

      This company really appreciates it's employees. I enjoy working for an employer with great stability in today's economy as well as in their employee policies. That's why I have worked here for 15 years!

      Cons

      I would continue working here if I didn't have great motivation in the form of my bride to be who lives in Knoxville, TN for me to move there and marry her, so that is the primary reason I am seeking employment elsewhere!
