      Pros

      there are some pretty talented and smart people who join Bridgestone, but they don't last long. Not long after joining, they see how dysfunctional and chaotic the company is and leave.

      Pros

      Great sales and management experience. The pay was great as well.

      Cons

      Some of the management at the store level is unprofessional, but that was about it. They didn't really care to work with me on my schedule.
