Travel was always great, new experiences. Getting familiar with the product. Encouraged employees to obtain degrees to further their opportunities.

Cons

Very little movement without a degree. The lack of communication sometimes caused disappointment. Pay scales the same nationwide. Economy makes this unfair.

benefits are good..opportunity for advancement, pay is good after you top-out in 5 years, however new hires will most likely work night shift for 10 years before you can get a day job

Cons

Bottom line is the $$$...Don't expect anything other than a paycheck. Plenty of overtime! No 401K match.While management bonuses skyrocketed, technician's bonus took a nose dive! Haven't had a GWI in .Hmm, I can't remember the last pay raise! I make less now than 10 years ago doing the same job.
