Pros

There is nothing positive about this company. It just a pile of morons from the guy that works on the cars to the CEO. Absolute MORONS

Cons

This company is a an abyss filled with morons. There' s a huge corporate loophole you have to jump through for the smallest things i.e. resting your password. The individuals that work in this company are the most incompetent folks I've met. You can literally replace them with a bag of rock and you'll get a better outcome. This is especially true for folks in the corporate position and especially HR. I have no idea where they hire their people from but the have an IQ of mice. The company is riddled with moronic idiots that cannot even send a simple email. Absolutely insufferable people.

Pros

Great product, but horrible management (Decision makers) the last 10yrs

Cons

• Decision makers make it seem work/life balance is a real thing. • Management doesn't balance staffing needs across the board. • Pet projects have triple the staff doing 1/4 of the work. • Many Narcissistic personalities in upper management( DecisionMakers). • Promote people making decisions that don't listen to the people who are actually doing the work. • Managers that actually inspire direct reports are not promoted while Managers that bully seem to soar. • Employees are encouraged take trainings but when you try to use these skills Managers that do not have understanding hold you back.
