Poorly managed, overall lacking sufficient basic expertise on hard and soft skills at all levels. Chaotic continual reorganizations. Management by intimidation from the top gives permission for that toxic dynamic to spread.

Bridgestone ought to be ashamed of themselves on how they let some of their workers go during COVID I was told my position was being eliminated (not due to COVID) but on my last day, my job was reposted with a different title. To do that in the middle of a pandemic is absolutely disheartening and extremely pathetic. Straight up, I was lied to and I don't appreciate it. And to find out that they did it to several other people is infuriating. That alone makes me give this company 1 star. Learn how to treat people better and learn how not to lie to save your own butt. In the end the truth will prevail and karma will come back around. Also, gossip is rampant in this company. People need to learn how to mind their own business.
