      Great benefits High pay Associates are amazing Can be fulfilling at times

      Cons

      Very emotionally taxing due to bad management, new org so not much is in place as is and they’re already trying to make monumental changes which is causing stress and problems. They have a high turnover rate due to the toxic stressful environment. All in all, proceed with caution. Not the place to join if you want to make real change, they care more about their image than their mission.

      Hybrid schedule, benefits, peer staff are great

      Cons

      No support from the higher ups. Suggestions from staff are dismissed despite the fact that many of us experienced the same issues. Disempowering work culture

      Lots of opportunities for growth and learning. The organization is doing great work and I was fortunate to work there. Great benefits!
