Unprofessional patronage

Pros

Good mission and goal. Serving a population in need

Cons

Not a good workplace if you have a family - constant demands of ridiculous hours. Feedback from senior leadership is unhelpful and vague. No room for upward mobility for BIPOC individuals

Wouldn’t go back

Business Outlook

Pros

Unlimited PTO, hybrid work, office completely remote on Fridays, a full week off for Independence Day and Christmas

Cons

Ineffective top leadership running an ineffective program that doesn’t care for its employees or young adults it’s serving. Not open to feedback from those working directly with young adults. Pay structure doesn’t account for experience and education. Not a sustainable company.

Pros

Unlimited PTO (if your manager approves), $500 WFH stipend, and health stipend, HSA, and matched 401k

Cons

No upward mobility, no clear direction, no support from managers and directors, and lots of shady behavior.
