Pros

I’ve been at Booking.com for a while now and genuinely enjoy working here. The culture is open, international and down-to-earth, and I feel trusted to do meaningful work rather than just tick boxes. My team is supportive, my manager actually listens, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, move roles and grow your career. It’s a fast-paced environment with lots of change, but if you like collaborating with smart people and having impact, it’s a great place to be.

Cons

Sometimes the pace of change and internal processes can feel overwhelming, so clearer communication and simpler decision-making would make things even better.

Pros

Native technology company with a strong data-driven and consumer-centric mindset. Experimentation and A/B testing, MVP are embedded in the culture, enabling teams to iterate quickly and make evidence-based decisions. Highly talented colleagues and strong product, engineering, and analytics capabilities, and Journeys, Marketing Technology.

Cons

The culture has evolved significantly over the years. With leadership changes, the company has become more political and corporate, gradually moving away from the dutch original startup-like growth mindset and speed of execution to a more American corporate shareholders oriented mindset.
