Pros

Relocation benefits High pay for Netherlands Good job life balance depending on which team you’re on

Cons

Management is incompetent from the CEO to senior leadership & there is a lack of urgency in dealing with product issues and customer support. Outdated tech stack with lots of legacy code and there is a lack of innovation because LT are focused on just keeping things barely running. Frequent layoffs of entire teams for “efficiency” which are never ending.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for recognising some of the positive aspects of your experience, including relocation support, compensation, and work-life balance. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that leadership, innovation, and the overall direction of the business did not reflect the experience we aim to create. We understand how important clear leadership, strong product focus, and meaningful responsiveness to employee and customer feedback are. Feedback like yours is important as we continue working to improve how we support our teams, evolve our technology, and deliver better experiences for both employees and customers.
