Pros

- Employee discount - I like the people I worked with

Cons

- Longterm employees have been jumping ship since I started due to nonexistent appreciation (read: money). Talent is grossly underpaid. - No direction and zero transparency from c-level leadership. What do they even do besides pat themselves on the back during our quarterly all-hands meetings? - HR unfortunately got rid of the only person with integrity on their team; the rest (especially at the top) are all liars with no regard for bbcom employees. - Layoffs were handled so, so poorly. Employees who had given the company a better part of a decade were offered NO SEVERANCE. And HR claims severance had never been offered in the history of the company -- again, lies from the top. - Nobody knows what they're working on or if it'll even matter in the coming weeks because priorities and direction shift daily. - Company morale has been low and management is very much aware of it but do nothing to improve it. - Management's MO: "I really don't care, do you?"

Pros

Fun coworkers, OK benefits, free gym

Cons

Well, now that the second CEO left I think it's time everyone else wakes up and sees BBCOM for what it is- a failing company. RJ's whole LinkedIn profile history is fixing broken companies and selling them and lots of mergers and acquisitions. He couldn't even do that for BBCOM! We are going to route of shoes.com and going bankrupt. Amazon is obliterating specialty ecommerce stores and we can't compete. Whoever wasn't laid off in December will see the pink slip within a year but most likely without a nice severance package. Corporate restructuring. HR team that has been whittled down. Shrinking benefits. Failed second CEO. Liberty does not want us and I can't believe some of my coworkers are still oblivious. I'm searching for an new job and I suggest everyone else do the same!

Pros

Coworkers and the gym, good benefits.

Cons

Company preaches openness but then makes decisions not aligned with the company values and doesn't explain. Multiple layoffs the past couple years. The positive and hopeful atmosphere of the past is gone.
