My Most Sincere Review

Pros

Benefits are decent, WFH option is accommodating.

Cons

Quarterly bonuses have been replaced with quarterly layoffs. To be clear, I am not involved in the recent layoffs, but anyone considering working here, PLEASE heed this warning and do not. Please find a company that is thriving and has opportunities. That’s what I am trying to do currently. Lastly, pay is awful. Haven’t seen a raise in 3 years and have done nothing but exceeded my position’s expectations.

Do not board this sinking ship

Pros

Benefits are hands down, top notch in the state of Idaho Discount is bomb, if you buy supplements. "Flex time off" is bomb, if you know how to use it. Company culture is fun/modern, its a very millennial place to be. HR is always trying to get us involved with company events or activities.

Cons

Biggest con is I don't think company will be around for much longer. Anybody who is thinking about working here should know that as a possibility. People have been slowly leaving the company for the past couple e of years about 2-3 people per week almost with none of them being replaced. We just laid off probably about 30 people a few weeks ago on top of that. Now it seems people are leaving or are going to leave even fasternow that they did that. I was lucky enough to not be one of them and I was already interviewing at other places to see if I had other options here in the valley. I just accepted one a few days ago and gave my manager my two weeks during the past week. Im not about to wait around until they lay off more people out of the blue. Other cons: Discount is bomb, if you buy a lot of supplements. (I never buy supplements) "Flex time off" is bomb, if you know how to use it. (I never understood how to use it) Company culture could be considered fun or modern, its a very millennial place to be. (I'm not a millennial. I don't like millennials) HR is always trying to get us involved with company events or activities. (I hate all the events they try to make us do)

Inept Leadership - stay away!

Pros

There are a few, but what’s the point of listing them?

Cons

Leadership, starting with the CEO, is unqualified and inept. They have no agreement on company direction. It changes every quarter, throwing away everything you worked on the previous quarter. They chase the shiny new toy every other week. Leadership and HR make no attempt at improving the culture. They send surveys and perform exit interviews but do nothing. Entire leadership team needs to be fired and start over. CEO doesn’t care about the customers or his employees. You will not be valued here.
