A good company to work with but not good set of people to share you're workspace with. BoConcept was my dream brand and will always be. It has his own charm and recognition which is quite exuberant !

Cons

Shallow-minded employees ! Insecurities ! Definetely the team lacks commuication ! Self-centered mindsets

-The team is not bad -Occasional snacks

Cons

-Work/life balance doesn't exist -Management is too focused on profits without actual investments to improve performance -Disorganized + micromanagement -No HR department/manager (good luck with that!) -Compensation is way below market rate.

*Stylish, upmarket furniture that's generally easy to convince customers to buy (if you're a good salesperson)

Cons

*Arrogance from corporate and local management *With commute, you'll be away from home 10-12 hours per day *No chance for weekends off unless you take a vacation day *Little room for growth *Weak base salary and tiered commission structure that purports making one hungry for sales but just makes for constant stress about personal finances *Lack of support from Corporate in Denmark - franchises left to take care of most everything on their own *Local management with too many balls in air to focus on making the business thrive *Trying to be "all things to all people" and losing their focus as a company
