Pros

Getting a pay check each week was worth it to remind you why you show up to work and make $12 an hour.

Cons

High turnover rate and having to retrain staff constantly really wears on the people that have been there longer.

Cons

Such a disorganized company with lack of non-skilled management and human resource dept. There is no set rules and hires only one particular race. There is no ethnic diversity. Always employee to employee drama where human resource management does not control and can't not handle unsolved situations. Also, there is a lot of favoritism with management, inventory, human resource dept and etc. Promotions given to employee who worked less than 6 months in the company than the long termed employees that worked longer than a year. Gives false advertisement to employees on job promotions, pay rate and probation paid hours. Treats employees unfairly and poor attitudes.

-weekly payments -stable hours -consecutive two days off

Cons

-Idiotic and unethical managers. -Dirty facility. -High rate of sickness amongst workers. -High rate of quitting. - Nasty and unhealthy free lunch for employees. - Rarely get 40 hours a week. -No raises (some workers have been there for years and never have had a raise) -Cruel business model (hire a worker and then work him/her till death. Afterward hire a replacement in line.) -No sick days earned -No PTO -Useless HRs (except for Joyce)
