Getting a pay check each week was worth it to remind you why you show up to work and make $12 an hour.

Cons

High turnover rate and having to retrain staff constantly really wears on the people that have been there longer.

As we grow as a company, we are always learning more about what works best, and are constantly adapting in order to maximize employee satisfaction across the company! We definitely do offer sick time/PTO/holiday pay for our Fulfillment Center employees, and I would reach out to your HR Manager if you have further questions about our benefits.
