      Pros

      No shortage of new faces. Very few positives. If you like working 15 hours a day 7 days a week this place is for you.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking. Zero work life balance. Business model is unsustainable. When executive management questions a 85% show up rate and does not closely look at hiring practices and setting realistic goals there is a problem. Revolving door on middle management. Burn em out with promises of growing with a start up, then find a new warm body to fill the hole. Don't even think of eating the lunch they provide. Better food in jail.

      Pros

      Really flexible work environment, solid leadership, super-smart coworkers, and a good office location. Also, great food all the time (obviously) from the culinary team or just the foodies that work here.

      Cons

      lots of work to do; heavy workload.

      Interesting business concept. Possible potential for growth. Start up environment with room to establish effective company culture.

      Cons

      Facility location not in the best area (Richmond, CA) In addition to train tracks (up to 30/60 min. wait time to arrive or leave facility). Possible difficult workforce due to area demographics. Risk of layoffs due to startup status.
