General cons related to being a larger organization: lots of stakeholders, approvals needed, can be slow-moving.

The cons are that there is no work/life balance, upper management are micromanagers (especially in quality and supply chain), you will be treated as 2nd rate despite your track record, retaliation is a thing, depression/anxiety/panic attacks are constant but there is nothing you can do about it because the managers will gaslight you into thinking you're the problem, not the culture/environment, HR will do nothing and no matter how much the company says feedback is appreciated it's never received or acted on. Overall Biogen is not a good company to work and should be avoid at all costs. Additionally if you have a predisposition to anxiety and still want to work here avoid anything and everything supply chain related. The departments involved are a breeding ground for toxicity. Working with some of the planners and quality reps has contributed greatly to my growing health issues to the point where I'm considering a leave of absence for my health
