How will the company grow? Limited career path/progression that is 100% subjective and depends on who you know Roles and levels are highly discordant across the organization Slow decision making at the top that hinders competitive edge Process, process, process! Not truly agile but claims to be HR is non-existent and does not clearly articulate significant changes in the organization
