Great benefits; the people are first rate on a personal level; great quality of life.

Cons

Highest levels of management seem not to have a clear idea of what direction the company will take, yet. And that could change in a few months.

Pros

Benefits are great. Perks are also great; discount tickets to events/shows. No other pros that I can think of for this company.

Cons

Work environment is not what they tell you in the interview or what you may hear. Surprised at the level of incompetence being that this was supposed to be a premium employer in the area. Salary wasn't the best either. Also surprised at how much favoritism is shown there, which makes it impossible to advance.
