Up to date technology, good benefits and vacation, decent pay, decent cafeteria and gym.

Cons

Coming in as a contractor it can take a long time to go from contractor to FTE. Often it seemed as if there was no rhyme or reason to promotions.

Cons

Other than a completely confused CFO not understanding the pharma market and Biogen's current sales, this company is a superb place to be.

Culture in need of resuscitation. Since company began process of becoming Six Sigma organization, has become metrics only focused - unbalanced - no development opportunities or engagement between senior leadership and rest of company.
