Benefits are great, innovative company with breakthrough therapies. Company cares greatly about both its patients as well as its employees. Arguably the best company for treating MS

Cons

Recently just went through a significant layoff. Rumors had been speculating for some time and management was ambiguous about whether or nor the rumors were justified. Company is also restructuring which no one is really certain about where people's responsibilities lie.
