IT Is / Was A Steaming Mess

Pros

Most people not in IT were great, most IT techs were hard working, though under trained. Good culture, Harvard U Fellows were outstanding.

Cons

Much IT management was incredibly unqualified for their positions. Mac support was amateurish at best. lots of back stabbing. "teacher pets", arrogance and blame shifting.

Cons

I have been interviewed three times at Biogen. They asked me to travel from Rome for a 15 minutes interview each time. Their senior manager are unable to conduct an interview, they didn't know what to ask. They could just saying that I had no previous experience in pharmaceutical, that was more than clear from my cv. Besides they said that they would have reimbursed my travel expense. Have been three months now and I haven't received any reimbursement and no feedback.
