Dedicated people, benefits, social hours, good training opportunities

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing things when change fatigue is a very real thing. People in senior positions only care about what makes them look good, not how it impacts their team. Work/life balance has become poor, with many drowning in work with no help in sight.

Smart scientists. Great location. People at the lower levels care about each other and there is good work life balance

Cons

No strategy or decision making and nothing seems to get completed. Every good idea or initiative loses steam halfway thru.
