Good drugs but very risky strategy as no one has car urge Alzheimer's puzzle yet. Lots of smart scientists so if someone is going to do it, Biogen might be the one.

Cons

Uber political environment where what you know or can do is not nearly as important as who you know or where you are in the org.

People are smart here and get things done efficiently

Cons

The company is now extremely political and unstable. Restructuring all year long - small and big. Satisfying Wall Street is the priority and management moves people around without considering any inputs from bottom. The part of the culture "work fearlessly" is now shaky.

Great facility, embrace of new technologies, and some opportunities for growth, but very dependent on the department you work in.

Cons

Culture in decline, with many people focused on themselves over the team they work in. Company grew too fast over the past few years, and poor sales performance has led to a large lay off, with many looking to leave.
